This is the Deposit Agreement for paying the $50 online flash deposit.

Upon Purchase you have agreed to these terms

This deposit is non refundable.

This deposit claims the flash design as yours. The deposit will be deducted from the price of your tattoo day of your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your date request, once a date is selected your deposit also locks you in the calendar and ensures both you and Maia will show up for your appointment. Once the deposit is placed and a date is agreed on a minimum of 72hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

The following will result in the forfeit of your deposit and forfeit the flash design as yours:

-Failure to show up to your appointment

-Failure to give 72hour notice for reschedule

-Rescheduling your appointment more than twice

-Arriving more than 20 minutes late without notice

-Changing your design concept, to something other than a different flash design, after your deposit has been placed.
